Improving the experience

We also use your data to improve and implement the service, through the following treatments: detection of your current (approximate) location to facilitate the use of certain functions of the service, such as the display ads for users close to you with communications related to services similar to those you use, market research, optional surveys and user satisfaction detection activities. Such treatments are based on the owner’s legitimate interest and you can oppose it at any time.

Business information

We use the collected data, if you have expressly given us consent, to inform you about promotional activities that you may be interested in. In particular, we use them to communicate activities such as events, promotions and various initiatives promoted or participated by Studio Racugno. You can ask at any time to stop receiving communications by sending an email to info@racugno.com.

Do I have to provide my details?

It is mandatory only for the treatments necessary to provide the services offered by the Studio Racugno (whether it is rejected for the purpose of providing the service makes it impossible to use the service itself) and is optional for the purpose promotional and profiling. Any refusal to give consent has no negative impact on the provision of legal aid.

Who is in charge of the treatment

Personal data is managed by the site owner www.racugno.com. This information is also of value for the purposes of art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, with regard to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data processing owner

The owner of the treatment is Studio Racugno, located in Cagliari, 86 Viale Trento. The controller is responsible to achieve the specified purposes to supervise the protection of personal data. For each request for your personal data you can refer to the next paragraph.

Subjects who may be provided with personal data

The data collected as part of the service delivery may be communicated to companies that perform closely related and instrumental functions to the operation – also technical – of the services of Studio Racugno such as service providers direct marketing and customer care, companies that provide storage, administrative, payment and billing services, related companies and/or members of the Firm that provide technical components for the delivery of certain features of the administrative and judicial authorities under legal obligations. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union to be processed by some of our service providers. In this case, we make sure that this transfer takes place in accordance with the existing legislation and that an adequate level of protection of personal data is guaranteed on the basis of an adequacy decision, on standard clauses defined by the Commission Binding Corporate Rules. Under no circumstances do we give or sell personal data to third parties.
